Price Per Night: $175

Cheery & sunny room with white & blue decor. Queen size 4 poster bed with a long 7 feet comfy sofa. Lots of windows with views. Granite tiled bath with dual vanities and a jetted Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.

Individually air conditioned or heating. Ceiling fan. Refrigerator. CD/atomic clock radio for your listening pleasure. TV/DVD to enjoy a movie or just relax and watch TV or a DVD movie?

CEDAR Suite

Price Per Night: $175

Earthtone colors compliment this soothing room with a red oak hardwood floor. Queen size bed with large mirrored closet door with lots of storage. With a writing desk for your convenience. Oak hardwood floor. TV/DVD to enjoy, CD/clock radio - so bring your favorite CD/music to listen to. Refrigerator. Individual air conditioning or heating. Ceiling fan.

 

COTTONWOOD Suite

Price Per Night: $185  

 

The King size canopy bed with a matching armoire overlooking a tree-lined avenue. The top of the Turret with picture windows. Also enjoy the comfort of a separate adjoining sitting or reading room with leather loveseat and office desk. Individual A/C or heat. Ceiling fans. TV/DVD to enjoy your favorite movie. CD player/clock.

 

The adjoining sitting room was originally a sun room, popular in those days.

 

 

 

ELM Suite

Price Per Night: $175

 

This is a unique safari style Suite with Queen size bed. A separate office has a large writing desk for the executive traveler. Another separate room with a day bed with adjoining private bathroom.  TV/DVD for your enjoyment. CD/atomic clock radio for your music pleasure. Individual air conditioner/heater. Ceiling fan. Refrigerator.  2 comfortable robes/gowns for your use, iron and board to keep you looking good.

 

Additional person $25.00/night if daybed is used, includes breakfast.

FIR Suite

Price Per Night: $155

 

Cozy & bright with views of Downtown and mountains featuring a Queen size bed and a private adjoining, granite tiled bathroom with shower. Large mirrored door closet. Lots of closets if you decide to stay for a while. The Fir Suite is "perched" on the top floor with views towards downtown and mountains. TV/DVD to enjoy, CD/atomic radio clock, Ceiling fan, individual automated air conditioner/heater for your comfort. Iron and board to keep you looking good. Very private.

PINE Suite

Price Per Night: $175

 

Quiet and serene. Queen size bed with white wicker accessories. The adjoining sitting area has a day bed. The granite tiled bathroom has a full shower. Located on the top floor with views towards downtown and mountains. TV/DVD so you can enjoy a movie? Iron and ironing board. CD/atomic radio/clock. Automated and Individual Air Conditioning or heating. Set your comfortable temperature once. Two ceiling fans and side tables.

Window bench seat, chairs and desk. All Suites have robes you can use during your stay. Towels replaced daily.

 

Additional person $25.00/night if daybed is used - includes breakfast.

Linden Suite

Price Per Night: $175

 

The only main level Suite, featuring a Queen size bed, adjoining granite tiled bathroom with heated floor, dual vanities, a jetted Jacuzzi whirlpool tub/shower. Walk-in closet and oak hardwood floor. Individual air conditioner to stay "cool". TV/DVD to enjoy a good movie, CD/atomic clock radio to listen to your favorite music/CDs, ceiling fan with remote, Iron and board to keep you looking good in every Suite. 

OAK Suite -Honeymoon

Price Per Night: $225

A secluded honeymooner's delight featuring a luxury suite (450 sq. ft.) with a canopy King size bed and adjoining granite tiled bathroom with a deep jetted Jacuzzi whirlpool. Dual vanities to keep the peace. This Suite offers ultimste Privacy - situated in the Carriage house over the 4 car garage.  Thick 6" insulated walls for peaceful rest and quiet solitude. Winter view of Pikes Peak afforded by the decidious tree. 

Features:

Microwave, including popcorn, coffee and teas, for your enjoyment and convenience. Surround sound with 6 speakers and a large TV/DVD/CD/Radio Tuner with a 5 DVD player. Iron and Board to keep looking sharp. Refrigerator to keep your cool drinks. Automated and individual Air Conditioning & heating system just for this Suite. Atomic Radio/CD to wake up to sweet music or bring your own favorite CDs.

Apartment for Extended Stays

Extended Stay: $176/night Double Occupancy

Just opened for extended stays, especially catering to Government Employees and Contractors at per diem rates of $176 / night at double occupancy, which equals $88pp. (government per diem rate)

The Apartment features one large bedroom with Queen sized poster bed and a Separate Office equiped with full size desk, or 2nd bedroom. It includes a Living room and a fully equiped and functional Kitchen with large side by side refrigerator, gas stove, double sinks, dishwasher...etc. This unit features a separate entry for privacy.

Breakfast is not included (the per diem in Colorado for Meals and Expenses is $66/day) but can be catered with advanced notice in the B & B Dining room at $10 pp. for the gourmet breakfast.
